Renovation And Addition- Chancliff Vista- Rant en Dal- Krugersdorp
We completely renovated the house by stripping it down and creating new openings for aluminum windows and doors. Concrete slabs were installed, and a new swimming pool with an entertainment area was built. Inside, we renovated the bathrooms with new tiles and installed new kitchen and bedroom cupboards. A fireplace was added, ceilings were installed and skimmed, and the entire interior was painted. We handled all plumbing, including a new sewerage line, and installed new paving. Electrical work included new wiring, plugs, switches, and light fittings throughout the house.
Parkhurst Renovation
We undertook a comprehensive renovation, stripping the house and installing new interior walls, plastering, and a Klip Lok roof. The project included new bathrooms, electrical installations, plumbing, and modern kitchen and bedroom built-in cupboards. Tiling and painting refreshed the interior, while new aluminium doors and windows were added for a contemporary look. We also installed a fireplace and built-in braai, laid flagstones, and planted new grass to enhance the outdoor space.
Amarosa Ruimsig Renovation
At Amarosa in Ruimsig, we successfully executed a comprehensive turnkey project encompassing every aspect of construction. From laying the foundations to completing the building work, concrete slabs, roofing, plastering, plumbing, electrical installations, tiling, painting, and fitting kitchen cupboards and built-in cupboards (BICs), our team ensured meticulous attention to detail and superior craftsmanship at every stage. New Houses in Letamo Wildlife Estate
We completed the construction of 5 new houses in Letamo Wildlife Estate, situated in the Cradle of Humankind. This turnkey project included all aspects from start to finish: laying foundations, building walls, installing concrete slabs, erecting roofs, plumbing, constructing septic tanks, electrical installations, tiling, installing steel and concrete staircases, painting, installing garage doors, carpentry (including hanging doors, skirtings, and dado rails), laying paving, and installing electric fencing.
